Upgrading Home Aid’s digital space
Home Aid, a beloved Bathgate charity providing furniture to West Lothian for over 30 years, needed a digital upgrade. Previously reliant on Facebook and in-store sales, they sought a more efficient solution. Using the Shopify platform to ensure as robust and flexible a build as possible, the website enables customers to browse, filter, and purchase online. The CMS integrates stock, delivery and analytics, with user accounts for easy tracking. Expanded with 25 custom illustrations, the site boosted both online and in-store sales, enhancing Home Aid’s community presence.
